How Noyan Started
Usama Tariq and Muhammad Bilal were freelancing on Amazon. Separately at first, then together. Usama was running brand management and listing strategy for private label sellers. Bilal was deep inside ad accounts, restructuring campaigns and rebuilding TACOS for brands that had been burned by other freelancers.

Muneeb Ashraf had been watching. He had seen dozens of Amazon freelancers and agencies up close, and he kept coming back to the same observation. Nobody had all three pieces. The best PPC operators could not design a listing image to save their lives. The best designers had no idea how Amazon's ad auction actually worked. And the strategists running brand management at most agencies had never personally turned a profit on an ASIN of their own.
Muneeb approached Usama and Bilal with a simple pitch. What if we built the agency that has all three at founder level, working in sync, on every account.

Muneeb Ashraf
Co-Founder and Head of Client Success
Muneeb is the reason Noyan exists as an agency instead of two freelancers with too much work. He saw what Usama and Bilal were building, recognized the structural gap in the market, and brought the third piece. A relentless focus on how clients actually experience the partnership.
With 7 years in the Amazon space, Muneeb owns onboarding, reporting cadence, partnership health, and the standard you can expect every single week. If a Noyan client ever feels confused about strategy, slow on a response, or unclear on results, it is his job to make sure that never happens twice.
He is the founder who makes sure the work the other two do reaches you the way it should.

Muhammad Bilal
Co-Founder and Head of Amazon PPC
Bilal runs every ad dollar that flows through a Noyan account. Campaign architecture, bid logic, budget routing, TACOS modeling, search term harvesting. The entire performance machine sits under him.
He has spent 7 years inside Amazon ad accounts. He is the operator who can open a Seller Central dashboard and find where the wasted spend is hiding before most agencies have finished their intake call. He does not optimize for vanity ROAS. He optimizes for profit per unit sold.
When brands say their ads have stopped being profitable, Bilal is the founder who rebuilds the system from the ground up.

Usama Tariq
Co-Founder and Head of Brand Management and Growth
Usama runs the brand side of Noyan. Listing architecture, catalog strategy, A+ content, brand store design, marketplace expansion. Anything that touches how your brand shows up on Amazon goes through him.
He has spent 7 years on Amazon, starting as a freelancer working directly with sellers and scaling into multi brand portfolio work before co founding Noyan. His specialty is building catalog structures and creative systems that lift conversion rates without lifting ad spend.
